Location-wise the apartment was in a perfect place; in the middle of the beautiful old town, a grocery store almost literally next door, plenty of restaurants within a few blocks and even the main train station to travel to the airport a small walk away. The people in the hotel even made sure we will receive breakfast early enough to not have to rush before our visit to Auschwitz. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future. Also picking up the keys was simple, since the office was nearby aswell.
A tiny minus was that the breakfast didn't include any other drink than instant coffee/tea, just having some juice boxes etc would've been lovely.

Superb location superb, right in the heart of the old town
Apartment very roomy with all that was advertised
Very helpful lady on reception
Breakfast in a bag which was being advertised at 40 Zloty per person per day I did not think was good value.
The toilet was very difficult to flush ( Apartment 5 in Stolarskiej 13 )

Very good location
No Aircon, and window doesn't open. There was a fan so it wasn't too bad.

Location
Property was not clean, there was dust collected over windows for several days. In the room some smoke smell was coming.
In the evening and night we could not open windows because smoking from outside.
