Location, old world charm with modern amenities, good breakfast.
Car parking was difficult to achieve without getting a fine for being in a restricted zone. Best to find a park in a non restricted zone and walk or taxi to the hotel. We stayed in Victoria parking a 10 minute walk to hotel.

Location was fabulous, the room was clean and recently renovated, the temperature was cool, and the staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was wonderful, as was the charming patio.

This hotel felt comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful. It felt like a lovely place to end up after a long day of exploring Granada and the Alhambra.
