Experiencing India's Culture and Comfort

The hotel is very new. The room was big, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Room service was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful.

We only had a problem with hot water on the last night of our stay

Super bad

The view from window. Comfy bed, big sized rooms.

Super dirty. Red spit stains on floor carpet. Tables, carpet, full of dust. Bathroom fittings broken. Worst service. Order a bottle of water it will take 2 calls and 3hours to reach your room! Pathetic. However on complaint, the staff gave me a better room, with clean beddings.

Stay away from this property.

Nothing... It was just pathetic

There was not even a single thing which I would say.... We waited for 2 hours to get our room, all roams were stinking, there was no water in washrooms... After a lot of fight they changed our rooms. There was no lock in any of the rooms. In one of rooms AC stopped working and our 3 family members slept with no ac no fan. It was not less than a hell like experience for us.

Worst place to stay

Nothing about that place is likeable.

We booked 4 rooms on 31st, and the hotel gave us only one room, just before 12 in the night, they promised we would get the other rooms allotted to us in 30 mins but that never happened. Worst service, we got the bedding at 3 in the morning, with no blankets nothing they took 8k for a room that we won't have paid 1000 bucks for

Very poor experience.

Not proper and bad quality. Everyday is the same. So not suitable. bread should be roasted to avoid the health problem.

First improvement is cleanliness, Service, Break Fast and overall management is not good.
