Clean well located accommodation but very small pool with limited opening times.

Very clean apartments. Cleaners very friendly and happy to change towels and bedding as often as requested. Parking readily available by the building. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops including some large supermarkets.

The pool was only open between 10:30 and 15:00 and 17:00 and 19:30, supposedly for ‘quiet time.’ We, and many other guests we observed, found this utterly ridiculous. It was not mentioned anywhere on the advert/property details on Booking.com which is very sneaky. It was also a lot smaller than implied by the photos and excessively chlorinated. The staff were very nice overall apart from one of the reception ladies (red hair) who was quite abrupt at times and we observed her shouting at, and being rude, to some guests who were chatting by the pool at around 11pm. Surely this is to be expected in such a location!

Maisonette - group of 5 friends

Good location. 250m+- from the beach. Market and bakery nearby. A lot of parking spots within 50m around the hotel. The bar on the beach is superb, not expensive, nice staff in the bar, comfy and not over-crowded. Earlier check-in, we were 4 hours early upon arrival but as the maisonette was ready and clean, they checked us in immediately. Very comfortable for 5 people. Very clean. Worth the money overall.

The maisonette is on 2 floors and the wifi was truly bad upstairs, almost not existing. The pool is very clean and nice overall, but amount of chlorine that's being put on a daily basis is barely bearable, you can even smell it from a distance. The staff is not the greatest, lady with the red hair has histerically accused us of being loud 1 night while we were sitting by the pool and playing a board game, which would be absolutely okay, if it was mentioned properly (we would immediately stop and go to our room - as we did at the end of the day). She was complaining about not being able to sleep at all every single night (not ever mentioned before, or given proper warning/complaint) even though we were awaken past 11pm for only 2 nights on our stay. The approach was unprofessional.

Good location, very clean, new apartments.

Was very clean, and they came every day to bring new towels. The staff was kind and very open to our requests. AC was in every room.

I need to park the car on the street which was not finished.

Clean and confortable appartement in a nice hotel close to the sea.

The appartements are very clean, everyhing is new. We found the beds confortable. And also there is a TV in every room. The shower is big (although the bathroom is a bit small). The swimming pool is great for kids.

A frying pan would be useful in the kitchen (pots are available). Parking places are limited next to the hotel but there are some places nearby.

Room was comfy and just right enough for a couple, clean, big bed, beautiful spacious terrace under the tree, good location, changing towels overy other day.

Shower cabin was leaking little bit so floor was almost always wet and slippery.

Basic experience for its rate, more comfort and basic politeness from hotel management expected

- The room was very clean and all the furniture were brand new. - The cleaning staff and the canteen/pool management staff were of high-quality standards, very professional and friendly, and were doing great work. - The pool was nice for the kids.

- The room (Deluxe Comfort room and rates) and the balcony were not comfortable enough for a family of four. Someone might expect more based on the rates. But still it was passable. - The WiFi signal was weak and coming and going frequently. - Hotel management was proved to be impolite in our interactions. There was a small issue regarding the hotel needing to charge my physical credit card for the second payment to verify my prepayment (which was already verified by my bank using two-factor SCA based on the PSD2 EU 2019 directive and was cleared) while I only travel with my digital credit card (for security purposes) using the Apple Wallet app and paying contactless. I just asked for the reason why the physical card was needed (I could get it of course but still I would like to be sure that it was needed since it would a bit hard for me to get it) and it was stated that it was Booking.com's policy, then that it was the hotel's policy, and, finally, I was told that it was my bank's policy. I am well aware of the PSD2 processes and ways to perform SCA and I am fine with the hotel wanting to be extra cautious or tourism professionals not being fully aware of or updated on the SCA processes. But the interaction I had with the upper management on this minor issue was - right from the start and for no apparent reason - impolite and insulting.

I liked that it was clean and the room was actually an apartment with 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchenette .

The location is next to a building under construction and it is very dusty, the staff is not very understanding, the accommodation is done from 15:00 - very late after 12 hours of driving we arrived at 10:00 and stayed with the children in the sun. Because I made the reservation for everyone, I had to pay the resort tax for everyone with the same card with which I made the reservation. A microwave was required in the room.

A cozy and clean hotel, very kind staff, good location!

A cozy and clean hotel with a very kind staff! Good location, near the sea with a wonderful bakery and fresh fruits & vegetables shop nearby. We were welcomed very politely with bottles of water for all of us. Whenever we needed anything the staff was there to help and advise. We had a mesonet apartment with 2 bathrooms which is great for a family with two children.

A half of the ceiling of the room on the 2nd floor was a low-rise one which is very inconvenient for tall guests :))) a part of the room is practically unusable! Not complaining but the apartment could be perfect one if the room on the upper floor were a normal-sized one! One last thing that I did not like was the lack of mosquito net on the door in the same room, 2nd floor.

The location is close to the city center (5 min walk). There is an outdoor pool.

The price is a bit high for what it offers. There are no amenities like shower gel/shampoo and other basics. We got woken up twice during our stay. Once at 10 to ask if they can clean and the next day at 9:30 on a saturday to ask us if we will "ever leave the room" so that they can repair something.
