Lovely sea view room, massive in size.very clean and tidy.cathy the host was lovely, very helpful.free continental breakfast a bonus.Free car parking was a bonus.Only 5 mins walk to Paignton Centre and few minutes to lovely harbour,with restaurants and cafes.Woulg highly recommend.

The owner and staff were fantastic, check in was good.
We only had breakfast on our first morning and it was basic but ok.
Location was excellent.
The only thing that disappointed us was the actual cleanliness of parts of the room.
My wife spent about 30 minutes cleaning before we emptied our bags.
The shower was dirty, all surfaces needed a wipe over, tea and coffee tray had dried up spilled drink residue and mugs and plastic cups in bathroom were dirty.
With a tighter cleaning regime, this would be a super place to stay.

Location was great, owner was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Great to have car parking available. Continental breakfast good.

I liked where its located as its right near the seafront and harbour.
It was a very basic dated room with no hot water for a shower.
Outside the room it was untidy and looking out of the room window it was untidy and messy.
Attention to detail is very much needed.
