bad.

smoke came out of the shower. the whole place smelled. we changed room for the night to a worse one though no discount given. Next day we left 3 nights before planned. We were not offered any discount and did not receive any confirmation of our check out.

No hot water except in shower Chairs needed upgrading Balcony with slatted floor meant we had to take care Lack of frying pan and dish to use in microwave Hotel name is Bosque not Floripa as use by Booking.com

Beautiful place, great hosts, better if you have a car to visit places, but easy to get an uber

The host was very friendly, we had a delayed flight and they were super helpfull to help us considering the time we arrived

Location incantevole, proprio di fronte la laguna. C'è pace, silenzio e tanti animali selvatici da vedere, compreso un branco di capibara che frequenta la zona abitualmente.

Foi bom pq perto do evento que fomos

Achei meio velho, toalhas surradas, mas limpas. Banheiro não esquentava e não conseguia contato com ninguém pra resolver, quando saímos que foram responder que devia ser o dejuntor que caiu. Foi só uma noite, mas tivemos que tomar banho gelado

No dia que chegamos, o quarto estava com um forte fedor de urina. Entrei em contato com os funcionários e no dia seguinte fizeram a limpeza. Também tinha uma poça dentro do flat para o hóspede recolher os lixos e colocar na lixeira externas. Essa função não pode ser direcionada ao hóspede.
