Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and I had a great night's sleep.
A fridge in my room would have been a nice addition.

It was a good location to break our long drive from The Midlands to South Cornwall. Ample parking. Easy walk into town centre.
Although the breakfast and dinner were of high food quality, they were very short staffed and the staff that were present were not able to do their job efficiently. This meant a long wait for all types of service. . Rooms were very dated, carpet smelt. In need of modernisation throughout.
