breakfast was very good with lovely fresh food. Room was clean and tidy and a lot of space and good facility, although we only found the fridge as we were leaving, complementary water and drinks in reception was a lovely touch
Bed could be a little more comfortable we both woke up stiff

The young lady (Lia) on reception when we arrived was absolutely first class. Really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was worth the £11.50 as there was so much choice. Great location for a visit to Media city or one of the canal boat trips
