Glynhill Hotel & Spa near Glasgow Airport

Staff were very pleasant breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Good location and nice to have a pool.

Although rooms clean they are a bit tired looking. Bathroom had wood panels in it that were starting to blacken at the bottom because of water ingression. Had only one mirror in the room that had no light near it or electrical socket so very difficult to dry your hair and quite bazaar. Felt although breakfast was good and an add on to our room rate it was a bit pricey.

The property is clean and comfortable with a good on site restaurant and easy parking

The location is fine for arrivals and departures from the airport Not too far

Privacy was respected at all times , I wasn't disappointed and not disturbed. Overall had a great time .

Location was great and we had a nice pizza.

This was an ok experience. We booked a twin room but when we got to it, it was a double. No big deal and we were too tired to go back down to reception. Went to the pool and there was a bad smell in the changing rooms - a toilet like smell. No eyes on the pool at all so when there were some kids playing up (after having been left to their own devices by parents) nothing happened. The tea and coffee by the pool was a nice touch and was needed because the pool was quite cold! Not an enjoyable temperature at all.sauna and steam room were nice and worked well. The floor was so grubby in the changing room, we just went back to our room wet. Not nice. The room service menu after 5 was just the dinner menu with a surcharge so was very expensive. The pizza was nice but it was literally over £20 so you’d expect it to be! Bed was hard but comfortable if you like that. Luckily I did. Bathroom was nice, clean and well equipped. Hairdryer in the room was a hazard though. One click and there was a burning smell and it was red hot. Lovely cheerful chap on reception in the morning though. Appreciated that.y Big car park, plenty of room. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a budget option close to the airport with a kind of decent pool area, then it’s great.
