We liked the location and the spaciousness of the rooms. The bar in the hotel was good.
We didn’t like the poor lighting in the room -really difficult to do make up and shave. The cleaning was poor - housekeeping was only every three days and even when it was done it was not done well. No cleaning products/cloths were provided so cups could be washed up. Lack of mirrors in the bedroom. Dreadful shower - water went everywhere and because of lack of cleaning it never got mopped up.

Location is absolutely great. It’s quiet but just steps away from centrum. Room is very spacious, you could probably open 4 suitcases and still comfortably walk around. Hair dryer is small but powerful enough. Room was clean and had a nice scent when I arrived.
Bed and pillows are too soft for my liking. Bathroom silicone has mold. The room was initially hard to find. The room has some kind of rambling noise, hard to ignore even with earplugs.

As someone who travels to Eindhoven every month, I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years. WestCord remains my favourite because the beds and pillows are by far the most comfortable of any hotel I've tried. It's one of the main reasons I keep returning.

Bar area not very friendly and tried to order food before 9 and kitchen was never available
