I stayed at Hostel UNI Maribor for a short visit and had a good experience. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. Everything was simple, practical, and well organized.

The location of the hostel is fantastic. It's in the very center of town so you have everything you need near you. It's very convenient. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful too!
The room is incredibly small but what really did it was the bathroom. it's so small that when you open the door you close up the shower. Another thing is that they clean on the 3rd day. We were there in a heatwave so we showered 2x per day. after the second day we asked for clean towels and they informed us that we'll get them the next day when we get a full room cleanup. It was disappointing since we were heading home the next day so we wouldn't even be getting them. Also, the shower has no pressure.
