I was quite nervous knowing we had the compact double room 9 but it was actually really nice. We didn’t take our suitcase up (lots of stairs as well as small space) so the space was fine and cosy. Loved the parking, the view is amazing, the kettle and tea plus biscuits. Bathroom was good. Location excellent

A good base for exploring—comfortably 20 to 30 minutes from the main attractions of the north of the island, conveniently close to the port, and blessed with lovely views. The room, while on the compact side, was pleasingly luminous and looked out over the bay, and the limited parking served us perfectly well.
I’ll offer two gentle observations for prospective guests. The value for money felt somewhat stretched, though I suspect the island’s summer pricing rather than the property itself is chiefly to blame—a seasonal reality worth keeping in mind. Breakfast was not included, and, as there was no staff presence on site, guests should be prepared to be entirely self-sufficient should any questions arise during the stay.
