Nice area with the restaurant and spa zone. Without breakfast.
We found someone else's hair on the bed and broken glass in the bed

Despite spa being closed, we got tokens to go to another swimming pool which was nice. Check-in was smooth, we were arriving late and it was no issue at all. Rooms were well equipped and clean, instructions for check-out were also clear.
Dishwasher was not working in one of our apartments but we had 2 booked anyway so this was not much of an issue.

Overall 9.5/10 stay. Apartment super clean, kitchen had all kind of appliances (toaster, orange squeezer and a nespresso capsule machine). The staff was extremely friendly,they allowed us to stay 1.5hrs longer due to our baby's nap. There was Ski and sleigh rental and heated storage on site. We were very well taken care of, we would return any day.
Sharing minor things for people's awareness: One has to walk outside to get to the swimming pool. Water was rather cold for our small children. Apartment was too hot, we turned off all radiator's thermostats for 3 days and were still too warm with outside temperatures near freezing. Bring coins (50cents and 1eur) to be able to store clothes in the swimming pool area.

The restaurant and the pool were the best things there! The room is very spacious and very warm.
The living room is very spacious and the kitchen is well equiped.
Far from anything really ( center, shop, activities). The Honesty shop is a weird concept and has limited products. You take what you want but then you have to fill in a paper form with name, room and products and place in a box. Seems nice but also takes time...
Has no bread so you depend on placing an order to the reception by 6pm every day if you want to breakfast is the room.
The parking spaces are extremely small..two cars perfectly parked between two concrete pillers and the people don't have enough space to get out or to carry their luggage from the back to the front..because you don't fit with them between the parked cars..The doors of your car open up to 1/3 normal...you have to walk mostly upward to your house from the parking and with many luggages ( specially with kids) the luggage trolley is needed.
Available on spot but with 50cent coins! That you usually don't cary...little things yes, but added up they can be annoying. Remember it is a payd parking..
English is not much spoken ( no menus in english, also th list of products from the Honesty shop).
Lockers from the pool also open with 50 cent or 1 euro..
The pillows were not confy, we both got backpain.
The photos look actually better on the website. The room is spacious and clean but looks a bit old or outfashioned.
