Room was wonderful - clean, large, airy and wonderful views over town and river
No iron or ironing board in room or even one to borrow - I had to go and buy one from the local supermarket

Clean and comfortable. Location in chablis is great, easy to walk round but beware on Sunday/Monday that not a lot open (not accommodation related!!)
Too expensive for what was delivered… for the price breakfast should be included, a bottle of wine would be a nice touch and a fridge & smart tv would be great additions
Also on checkout my bill was higher than the price quoted, although quickly resolved, this should not happen with good administration

Great location , helpful information to access the rooms . The QR code info was also excellent. Breakfast great , room spotless and very comfortable.
Only issue was a very tepid shower as the hotel boiler had broken down .

Room was quite spacious which we expected as we booked a suite. Breakfast was also nice.
The door code we received did not work and we were stuck outside trying to figure out how to contact the property to get in. To compound things, there were several garbage cans right outside the front door and flies buzzing everywhere. Finally walked over to the Laroche tasting room and the gentleman there gave us his door code to get in. It was quite an unpleasant way to start our stay.
