Great hotel if you plan to visit Santa Lucia. You can book a boat ride and end up at Macroplaza. We stayed in December and there were a lot of food vendors at night. It was super fun!

Our stay was great. The room was clean and we had a gorgeous view of the city and of the Cerro de la Silla.
Breakfast was great but the restaurant was extremely busy it being Sunday morning and they were clearly understaffed. There were long queues for everything in the buffet and they only had one lady cooking the quesadillas , eggs and pancakes for everyone so it took a very long time to be served. They had absolutely nothing when it came to pan dulce (scones, etc). When I asked the waitress she said they may take it out later but they never did.

Rooms were good, bed was good, parking was easy, staff nice and helpful.
No coffee machine at breakfast. No toaster to toast bread at breakfast. Restaurant food was below average.
