What I love about the property is the staff. Always helpful kind and patient. Always willing to help. Location for us is perfect

The location was excellent, and the staff ranged from polite to genuinely friendly. My room was clean, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room was very different from what I expected from the photographs on the booking site. The furniture was badly worn and peeling, the walls were marked, the curtain was torn, the window area was deteriorated, and the mattress itself was damaged. The bed was also uncomfortable.

Great central location, helpful staff, great value for money. No breakfast or kettle, which is fine for the price.

It was adequate for the price - good location, reasonably clean, staff were nice. Considering the price of the surrounding properties this property was a good choice.
Bit annoying having to hand the key in every time I want to go for a walk outside but I'm sure they have a reason for it.
