We have stayed here twice before - hence why we returned.
Thérme 200 meters down the road is amazing!
We booked a parking spot for our motorcycle, and got confirmation from the property only to find it had not been booked and we had to park in the staff car park which was less secure.
Room was clean and had a great view of lake constance(I had payed extra for a lake view)
Restaurant was OK, but if you want to eat superbly, we suggest walking past the Thérme to a restaurant called ‘Seelig’ - superb fish there and pasta dishes and excellent wine.
The staff at the hotel seemed a bit disorganised in late afternoons and early evenings, but in the mornings it was good.
Check your bill - we nearly got charged for 2 breakfasts even though we only had one, and almost got charged again for the extra night we stayed before I showed them the payment had already been taken by booking.com.
We will return as the hotel is quiet and calm, and we love the ambiance and proximity to Konstance centre using the free travel passes from the hotel - and I guess everyone can have a bad day regarding the mix-up with the final bill😀
Room had no coffee or tea making facilities - at over €130 a night this should come as standard.
No air conditioning in rooms - and with current 38C temperatures was very uncomfortable.

Great location to explore the lake. Quiet neighborhood perfect for resting and two minutes walk from the therms. The city center is close by and easily reachable by public bus for which a daily pass was provided by the hotel reception
The breakfast was to be paid apart and it was a bit pricey in my opinion. I tried the restaurant for dinner and that was good quality and value for money.

Very pretty and close to the water
Our room was above the kitchen and the windows faced the drop off area for food supplies. We were woken up at 7:30 to the sound of drink delivery that went on for an hour. Room was hot.
