Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Résidence bruyante et mal entretenue. Détestable !

Positionnement de la Résidence, parce qu'il fallait mettre quelque chose

Chambre froide, sale, bruyante Petit déjeuner décevant : le jambon n'a du jamais voir de cochon de sa vie Je n'ai vraiment rien apprécié ! Bas de pyjama souillé dans une armoire, crotte de souris ...... Très cher pour les prestations proposées. Enseigne non voyante de la rue Sonnette portail entrée qui ne fonctionne pas !

Not as nice of a place as I expected

The walk to the village was nice

It is not that close to the airport, there was no shuttle, though it stated there was one, the place looks pretty run down from the outside.

Good time family holiday

The facility was so good and beautiful I and my family would love to visit again some other time

What I did not like was that someone came knocking at the door at the first night which I laid my complains but no solution to that

i like this hotel, very comfortably

I have problem with deposite for 2 rooms, Money do not return. We stay from 07.04 to 10.04, 2 rooms for Yuliia Yaremenko Iryna Tymoshenko 10.04 we leave rooms, and make money return procedure at reception. For 2 rooms, 250Eur + 250Eur But money do not come back. My bank says they don't get any money. Please, can you check if there any problems with these transactions. 2 photos of Abandon tickets in attachment to this letter. I write letter in the your email, but don‘t have answer, it is very-very bad situations

it is very good place

i have problem with return pledge 250 euro for my number and 250 euro for number of my friend. when we leave hotel-personal said that money will be return to my card in this day, but I don’t have money from your hotel. I send letter in your email, but don’t have answer.

You get what you pay for.

In the village which was nice. kitchenette was adequate but not well stocked. No cleaning supplies. It was cheap price wise. The person, Elhone, was extremely helpful.

The night and weekend staff were incredibly unhelpful and not well trained.

Great quiet place to stay

Good comfortable rooms with kitchen and lounge. Sheets were clean and every where in the room was neat. The staff were also quite helpful overall.

Could do with lift for heavy bags. Not all blocks have lift facility.

The garden between the houses was very nice, also the rooms were big!

We did not sleep because of all night long noises! There were party's, drunk people screaming, people shouting all night long! There was trush everywhere and nobody cleans it. We were asked higher amount of payment at the check in then the price I had from booking. Sorted it out after all anyway. Check in was terrible. People without masks, no desinfection possobilities, no distance and no orde at reception. The zink was stuck as wel.
