About this cottage rental
Situated in Victor Harbor, this charming cottage for $88 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Sleeps up to 4 (2 bedrooms). 2 queen beds. ** Now with free WiFi (fair use policy applies)** To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide for an additional fee. We do provide you with quilts, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors. OPTIONAL LINEN FEES: - Queen bed sheets, 2 pillowcases, two towels and two hand towels - $30 per stay. Reverse cycle air conditioning, two person spa bath. Second shower and toilet outside. Large open plan living area and fully functioned kitchen. Large secure rear yard. Plenty of room to keep the boat or bring your pets by negotiation. Willing to accommodate pets that are cleaned up after (inside and outside), are not going to be a risk to the property or a disturbance to the neighbours. Ideally located in an extremely quiet street. Just a 10 Minute walk to shops, 1 minute walk to the beach. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Public holidays: Note 3 night minimum stay is required for long weekends, 4 night minimum over Easter.

The location of the place was great, the property and facilities were okay with plenty of appliances available in the kitchen.
Communication with the owner was good, as we were very unhappy with the state of the mattress covers, the washing machine was half full of water so we didn’t use it, but needed it and neither of the kitchen windows actually locked, so the fancy code access on the front door was irrelevant. The host help where he could and said that he will fix the windows and hopefully look at the washing machine.

The property looked good in system...but was dirty. Oven dirty, under bed filthy...stove stop needs scrub..
Everything needs a good wash down..and a paint thru wouldn't hurt. Bathroom.....shower over spa ...aged husband unable to shower....and wasn't going to send him outside to the laundry shower.
Sorry. Only good thing about this property was location....couldn't wait to get back to my clean home .Sorry....won't be recommending property

property was as advertised and was suitable for our needs . Our stay was used when competeing in the Backbone Hill Climb so good to have cover for the race car .
