Leave the Car and Enjoy WALKING to the NEARBY BEACH, TOWN CENTRE and LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. Enjoy a Picnic in the nearby Parks or meals at nearby Cafes & Restaurants, or take advantage of the Movie/Meal Deal offered by the local Hotel. Once you have enjoyed your time out simply stroll back to your 'home away from home' enjoying the views along the way. A Beautifully Renovated 3 BEDROOM FAMILY FRIENDLY Home * Prepare meals in the new, fully equipped, Gourmet Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Dishwasher and Microwave after stocking up on supplies from nearby Woolworths or Coles. * Enjoy a soak in the Bathtub of the sparkling new bathroom while you read a book or magazine from the well stocked Bookshelf. Bathroom has shower and toilet. There is a separate second toilet. * Relax in the comfy lounge/dining area with reverse cycle split system Air Conditioner and watch TV, a DVD or Video, or listen to your favourite CD's while sipping a Complimentary glass of Port. * Do your Washing and Ironing in the Fully Equipped Laundry. * At the end of the day enjoy a few drinks & BBQ under the Pergola set on over 1,000m2 of Fully Enclosed Lawns & Garden. * There's plenty of room for your Boat which can be launched at the nearby Boat Ramp. THERE ARE LOTS OF THINGS TO DO IN VICTOR HARBOR! Visit the local attractions including the Penguins on Granite Island, the Whale Watch Centre, the Markets & Antique shops. Go shopping or see a movie at the local cinema. Take a ride on the Horse Drawn Tram to Granite Island or the Cockle Train to Goolwa. If you ENJOY THE GREAT OUTDOORS explore the many Scenic Walking Trails, and Bike Tracks. Whilst we do not have direct sea views we a just a few minutes walk across the road to the beach. Play TENNIS or GOLF at the nearby Clubs or go SAILING, FISHING or BOATING from the nearby ramp. If Food and Wine are more appealing to you simply visit the numerous local WINERIES, PRODUCE MARKETS and the CHEESE factory. The kids can bring their Skate Boards and spend hours at the nearby SKATE PARK. ACCOMMODATION 3 Bedrooms accommodate 2-6 people. 2 x Queen Beds, 2 x Single Beds. LINEN Quilts, Blankets & Pillows are provided. Due to Covid many guests are choosing to provide their own linen particularly sheets, pillow covers and towels. Portacot and High Chair available RATES: Range between $135 - $180 per night for a couple depending on season. $260 per night for up to 6 guests Christmas & Easter Cleaning Fee $70. Pictures online don’t do this place the full justice it deserves. It’s even nicer when you get there! Massive backyard. Very well maintained. Nice pergola to sit & relax under. The bedrooms are nice. Great lounge room with a good size TV. Directions for internet use, oven & cooktop, etc are all simple to follow. 2 min walk to a brilliant coffee shop. Highly recommend this place at any time of year.

My partner and I always spend some time away every year. This year has been outstanding, simply because the owner actually spoke to us. She enquiry us about how we would like the sleeping arrangements be. She informed us when the house was ready for an early check in. We felt the care she gives to her guest just from how much effort she puts into our comfort.

A nice house with a large garden, on the older side but renovated. Large rooms, comfortable living and kitchen areas, well equipped with cooking needs and other supplies. Good central location, quiet road despite coming directly off main road. We enjoyed our stay.

Being a modern family, it was nice to stay in a vintage type accommodation. Kitchen and bathroom was well equipped and clean. Linen was available. We appreciated the extra towels. The living room was the perfect place to end each of our busy days.

Great 2 day get away for myself and 2 young children aged 8 and 7. Location of property is close to beach, playground and all town attractions, well within walking distance. The property is well maintained with a stunning garden and loads of space for the kids to ride their scooters around, play hand ball etc and super comfy beds. Would definitely stay again in the future.
