Located on the Seaside/Seagrove border and just a 4 minute walk to the beach, this carriage house is the perfect beach getaway! California vibes meet the beach in this new construction carriage house located in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a family vacation or a couples getaway! While this carriage house sleeps 6 with a king bedroom and 4 cozy bunks, it is best suited for no more than 3 grown adults over the age of 13. Reservations will not be accepted for more than 3 adults over the age of 13. It is great for a young family with small children! The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer drawers, a two top induction burner, countertop oven, microwave and a large sink. There is a large shower in bathroom plus an Asko washer and dryer! Private entrance and two parking spaces await your arrival! Walk to Seagrove Market and Surfing Deer for dinner or hop on a bike and head to Seaside, just 5 minutes away! Need groceries? Publix is just a 5 minute bike ride. Beach towels and backpack beach chairs for your use included

We loved our time at this property. It definitely has a Cali vibe and is well appointed and maintained. We had a car but you don’t need one. Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!

This is a great property! The location is perfect and within short walking distance to the beach and also Seaside. Everything we needed was provided and the unit was very clean. We had great communication with the host prior to and during our stay. Also the bathroom had a great showerhead. We will hope to come back again another time.

Lovely apartment. Perfect location with the beach being a short walk down the street. Really enjoyed the bicycles that we had access to. Extremely happy with our overall stay. Lea was responsive and helpful with directions to different places.

Close to everything - beaches and restaurants, but at the same time is very quiet area. Beds, pillows and comforters are so comfortable that you feel like at home.

Lea was such a kind and thoughtful host! Everything is well maintained, comfy bed and accommodations. Very close to the beach access and close, yet far enough away from the Seasode hustle and bustle. Would come again!

This rental location was perfect for our small, young family. It was walking distance from the beach, close enough to restaurants and Publix for convenience, but far enough away for a quiet, tranquil night. Highly recommend- I would definitely book again.

We had the best time. The property is located very close to the beach, is in a wonderful area, and Lea was so nice and accommodating. Our entire family loved staying here, and would highly recommend!

She was very kind and made some suggestions on restaurants that did not disappoint. The short walk to the beach was fairly easy through the neighborhood. The beach access point was never crowded and it felt like we had a good portion of the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend Seagrove and plan to come back soon!

What a gem!
This property was PERFECT for us to bring our little kids to for a beach trip. They adored the bunk beds and we felt the space was the perfect size for us to be in all together. It was easily walkable to the beach and downtown Seaside. The house is quiet, extremely clean, and very comfortable. We booked our next stay before leaving! Lea is as sweet and helpful as you could possibly imagine. We can’t wait for our next trip and feel so lucky to have found this spot!

This place has amazing finishes and was the perfect size for our 3-party girls’ trip. We were only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the neighborhood was very nice and safe. We really enjoyed our stay!

Mini Honeymoon
My husband and I stayed here for a few days after our wedding in Rosemary Beach, and loved it! We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home and so close to the beach. We happened to meet the owner and we loved talking with her as well! Would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at The Holiday and we just love it! It’s the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Close to beach access and an easy ride into Seaside. Lea is so friendly and we feel at home when we are there!
