Room was clean and beds were really comfortable; the pool was perfect to shake off a long day of traveling, and staff was very kind and helpful.
The location is not ideal, in that you are a bit far from the city center, and since we arrived on a weekend/holiday, nothing near us was open, especially late in the evening/night. The hotel didn't have an open bar or small convenience store inside with essential items either (snacks, toiletries, etc.)

it is tired. our bedroom wasn’t cleaned very well in fact the bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied and had the previous guests nappies left in it.
The area around the pool was very dirty with a lot of cigarettes butts left on the floor which was indicative of a poorly managed communal area and lack of cleaning rotas!

I thought it was excellently located. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast very poor and very expensive and please cover food from the flys. In need of an injection of money for a facelift. Needs modernisation but needs to keep current charm of a small hotel.
