Perfect location and easy parking outside (slightly out of season helps) great Patisserie next door!
Bed not great, and kitchen facilities not really necessary in a Hotel.

The breakfast, for €12 it was a con.The Wi-Fi was quite poor at times.

The hotel looks like a school building adapted to a hotel. The small kitchenette is equipped sufficiently for a short stay, with coffee machine, water cooker, pans and pots, boards and cutlery.
Close to the city centre. Free parking in the "blue zone", but limited to 2 hours during the day and unlimited in the evenings and weekends.
The biggest discomfort was the noisy street (our room was at the street side). There was no air conditioning (or we couldn't find it) , and sleeping with open window got us awake because of a riding motorcycle, a starting car or a bus
