Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room, quiet. Good continental breakfast. Handsome deco styled hotel very central 5 minutes from lots of restaurants. Private parking. Very dog friendly
Room didn't have tea or coffee which, as there is no bar was a pity.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The shower was good.
The room was just a standard room. Nothing special. The bed springs were warn out. There was no way to chill our wine. There was no coffee in the hotel. The room was small. The hair dryer broke. I don't know how this hotel got such a high rating.
