Absolutely perfect, easy access from the station taxi, 1 minute walk to excellent Resturaunts and Bistro, also for Le Petite Train. Staff very attentive and booked our taxi for the return to the station. Ideally situated in the Pedestrian Zone so getting a taxi is a little difficult. Although there is a lift there are also several stairs to get to rooms on the second floor which made it difficult for disabled people. The reception hours were not a problem and easy code access outside those times. Return is a definite

Breakfast was fine and good value for money. The location was excellent and gave us access to the older town area.
No access until 3pm.

Great location next to lovely bars, restaurants and shops.
The fact that the reception and entrance only operates at check in and check out times. We arrived with lots of luggage at 12pm and had to wait outside for 3 hrs before we could access the hotel. This needs to be made clear on booking.com . The check in and out times are posted but not the fact that the rest of the time the door is locked and you cannot get in to the hotel to leave luggage etc.
