Always enjoy the staff attitude at this hotel. Always feel welcomed. Smiles were not corporate. Whenever I need help, I am always greeted with good resolutions. I'd say the staff is the only gem in this hotel.
Been back to this hotel at least twice, and the traffic condition on the road in front of the hotel is still not improving. Just a short stretch could get me stuck for an hour, just to turn into the hotel. And it felt worse from year to year. The bed condition on this trip is also not acceptable. Mattress sinks down at some part. It felt like someone was jumping on it for years. It was a backbreaking few nights. Luckily it was only for 2 nights, and I was too lazy to change.

Closed to everything
They put my sister on the 12th floor they saw a man it was weird disappeared right away & they call him if he will be able to help my sisters needs inside the room to fix. But no answer it seems there is a gosh in that floor..
