El hotel estaba bien y correspondía a las descripciones y fotos que aparecen en Booking.
La reserva estaba hecha para 3 amigos. Al llegar al hotel la temperatura de las habitaciones era de 25ºC con una humedad del 85%. Al comunicárselo en recepción, la recepcionista dijo que no se podía hacer nada. El técnico tardaría 24h en llegar.Mis amigos me pidieron anular la reserva y buscar otro hotel. Llamé a booking les comuniqué el problema y me dijeron que hablarían con el hotel, éste aceptó la cancelación de la reserva y booking se ofreció a buscarme otro hotel. Estamos hablando de que eran ya más de la 22:00 horas de un sábado en una zona turística en temporada alta, o sea, q los hoteles disponibles estaban ya a 10Kms. Se lo comuniqué a mis amigos y decidieron quedarse allí. Llevaban viajando desde las 11 de la mañana y estaban cansados y querían cenar y descansar. Curiosamente cuando regresaron al hotel, la temperatura de las habitaciones había descendido a 23,5º y era soportable. La conclusión que sacamos de todo esto es que el AC sí que funcionaba pero la consigna la tenían muy alta, bien por las quejas que recibieron o bien porque por la noche cambian la consigna, la temperatura bajó. El AC está centralizado, imposible cambiar la tempertura desde la habitación.
Quiero hacer notar la buena disposición de Booking en solucionar el problema y dar soluciones. Mi plataforma de reservas es Booking y me alegra que hayan respondido adecuadamente ante este incidente.
