They make the best cappuccinos to start your day. Deborah and her colleagues were very accommodating and showed exceptional hospitality. The housekeeping staff very through. Our room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good. They had fresh fruit and yogurt. There is a lot of activity in front of the hotel but was still quiet atmosphere. The convenience of crossing the street and walking a short walk distance to the beach was wonderful. They do have an elevator outside its easy use. You do have to pay for your spot on beach. I recommend if you are seniors.

Room was clean and great location from the beach and Francavilla bars and restaurants
Hotel was very dated and air-conditioning frequently turned off via sleep timer that had to be reset from the wall
