I am a fussy old man and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was big and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The AC was perfect and everything was good. The lovely young ladies at reception were always friendly and helpful. All the staff were exemplary. Whenever I return to Siem Reap I will stay here.
Also, having a big supermarket across the street was very handy.
The room lighting was a little dark but it was not a big deal.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and location was excellent. Also breakfast buffet was included for the price. Would highly recommend this and will come back for sure!

Pool was good. Staff very attentive, especially young member of staff who brought me a cappuccino at breakfast every morning. Location good
Internet problem first night. Shower not good. Temperature varied and at times very little water coming out. Hotel dated and needs to be modernised, especially bathrooms. The bedroom doors slam too hard!! Fridge was warm!! No cold drinks.

Staff!! RATHA and RATANA were amazing and helped us a lot with everything what we needed at all times. They also invited with fresh water and let us stay in the hotel the time we wanted before leaving.
Swimming pool is big and very comfortable.
Fitness area is complete and has everything you need to exercise.
Price is very affordable for what they offer.
Reception is big and comfortable and have space to.sit down and watch the fishes on a pond.
Very big hotel with enough space to wander around.
Wifi was unstable sometimes in the night.
The hotel is some blocks away from Siem Reap city center.
