Big pool Spacious and clean rooms Friendly restaurant staff, they love kids and look after them Right on the beach Gym, cricket and other sports available Great hotel if you want to stay and relax, read, swim etc A few nice restaurants nearby, use Google to find the better ones

Meals were expensive (compared to other hotels of equal or higher standard) Nothing much in the area if you want to do other things, sightseeing etc Check in took a long time, more forms and signatures than any other hotel The pool staff wouldn't move an umbrella to our bed as it would 'make the other beds not look right' but then moved a load of sunbeds the next day which looked worse.

We have been many times ,never had a bad time we were there for 3weeks a relaxing stay after seeing the island.

Beach front.. my rating of 6 all thanks to the beach atmosphere.... Secured parking inside a gated boundaries Friendly Housekeeping team placed some flowers (decor) on our bed upon making up room... Size of the room is good for a couple & balcony seating also nice.. we enjoyed the sea view and had a relaxing time thanks to the beach ⛱️

Very unprofessional. They ask to fetch drinking water from a dispenser placed at corners of public corridors and no bottles water given for guests.. not mentioned about it in the booking.com as well.(However, after 2 hours complaining and trying to approach GM we received 2 water bottles of 500 ml daily but overall it was a very insulting and disturbing situation. We paid in full upon check in for 3 nights without knowing this information) We bought our own water & soft drinks too from the restaurant (paid triple price) as I had to take medicines and we were tired from a long drive.. it was a very dissapointing incident... I hope the team gets better training on hospitality and open their minds to the world a bit more....if you are not providing anything, please be clear about it when u advertise ur guest rooms... No tumble dryer provided, no cloth rack etc... Bathroom amenities were very limited to a piece of soap & toilet paper .. We spent 2 hours till 9 p.m. to get our TV changed to another upon check in , maintenance team was supportive but Front Office should have coordinated with HK & checked everything before handing the room key as we pay to get a relaxing holiday and not waste time bothering about any issues... Very unprofessional that back office team & reception ladies jumped to the breakfast buffet even before the guest buffet time ends and very ugly to see how they serve themselves... hilarious... not much breakfast varieties as well. there was buffet breakfast on 9th & 10th July. We didn't stay for breakfast on 11th July, checked out around 7 a.m. Quality of food is just normal.. nothing wow No elevators.. balconies are connected and not the best security I would say Be careful from people trying to scam u.. they stand right outside hotel fence in the beach area..
