El personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones eran nuevas y limpias, el desayuno tipo bufet bien surtido y lo mejor era que estada disponible desde las 6 am lo que nos permitió comer con tranquilidad antes de salir al trabajo

Quick service in the reception./check in

Room was not cleaned when we asked for it. The controls on the air-condition did not work. Hot day in August. We have been in many ibis hotels around the world and the breakfast was a big disappointment.

Nice localization 10 min from the railway station, 30 min from atocha station in center of madrid. You have a lot of supermarkets in a walking distance. The hotel facilities are basic but good considering the cost of it. Nice breakfast.

Some guests made a lot of noise... but i think that could happen in any hotel

No iron facilities? Shower towel small. Breakfast disappointing

The check in and check out process was quick. Breakfast was reasonable. Bed was comfortable.

My main problem is that in theory, this hotel is 100% smokefree. However, our room smelled of tobacco really badly, and even worse when you turned the aircon on. The corridors also smelled of tobacco. Checkout was at 12 pm and we had cleaning staff repeatedly knocking at our door at 10 and 10.15. The hotel was very expensive for the service we received, that is why I am disappointed. Prices were very high in Madrid at the weekend and we paid 130 eur per night on a very average, industrial area motel.

It has 4 walls and a roof. The price was low but it would have cost me less to stay in Madrid and save on taxi fare.

We didn't get a code for WiFi. I was too tired to bother them..The staff seemed very disinterested in us, both at check in and checkout. At checkout the man at the desk did not say a single word to me. You get 1 towel per guest+ no facecloths, no lotion, shower cap or anything. The rooms are tiny and the beds are not very comfortable. No extra pillows of covers either. The hotel phone doesn't work when you want to call reception. It's a very bare bones hotel located near a mall and a while bunch of car dealerships. It's a good 30 minutes away from the center if Madrid. Cost €30 in taxi fare each way.
