Rooms are beautiful . Love the fact that the dressing room area is completely separate from the room . The free use of the spa facilities a plus and the Indian food section is amazing

I believe that the O&O exceeded all our evpectations, we knew it was a good hotel group, now we believe it is a GREAT hotel group. From arrival to departure, we have been treated with excellence and superior customer service. We would like to mention the names of Angel, Dirish and especially, Matubar who with her sparkling personnality, created magic for us! And not to talk about the foord, out of this world, from the bufffets to PRIME, they were all outstanding. What struck us the most is being welcomed by the Director of rooms and otjer snr managers at various places. That’s how you know your place and what is happening on the ground. Kudus to you!👏🏻 Of course, the SPA! What an experience to be treated by true professionals, we’ll be back for many more treatments. Our room was such a hem, and to be almost on the beach was an absolute spoil! Sparkling clean every day made it so much more pleasureable. There are many more things, but these just jumped out thinking about our stay.

Well, none that we could think of. Perhaps the fact that we didn’t stay there from the onset whilst in Mauritius!

The surroundings and the beach were stunning. Make sure to book your room facing the ocean (rather than the lagoon). Staff was generally wonderful and very service minded.

The resort was was too large and commercial and not particularly personal for our taste. We had booked half board but essentially this just means that a fixed amount is deducted from your bill at dinner, effectively leaving you with a minimum spend each day - I would not recommend this. In addition, not all staff was trained to explain the half board concept and this left us with a very unpleasant discussion at check out where we were required to pay for a meal which the staff had told us was included in the half board booking.

Attraction was the villa with private heated pool for afternoon family time. Sadly the pool heating system didn’t work. Disappointing for a hotel of this calibre. Management offered to move but very difficult with three young kids to move. No hot water in first night. Seems like attention to detail is lacking
