Wonderful relaxing stay

Beautiful relaxing place, helpful and friendly staff, located near amazing hot spring sites and a pleasant hike. The food was excellent too and Jose helped with organizing all my activities and transportation since the very beginning of our communication. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very cold, even with the space heater working at its maximum. Bring indoor footwear if visiting during the cold season.

Lovely host, nice location and tasty food - just perfect

We had an amazing stay. Emilio is a fantastic host and made us feel relly comfortable. We liked to have a chat with him and to get some insights about the region, traveling etc. The room was really nicely designed and quiet. The food was one of the best we had in Peru, even the breakfast as well as the Lomo Saltado in the restaurant – yummy.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view from the hotelroom is amazing! And the staff is so friendly. Everyday the boss asked us about our plans and gave us advice on what to do. There are not many restaurants available in the area, but the diner was perfect in the hotel. As activities, we did condor viewing and a hike of 3 hours.

highly recommended property with nice food on the menu and excellent breakfast.

Beautiful view of the mountains and river valley. from the room. Spacious room and bathroom with a terrace to enjoy the scenery and sun. Good to have the small heater when you’re visiting in wintertime. Loved hiking to the river and ruins in the area. The staff went out of their way to meet our needs.

Superb ! Clean, comfortable, excellent dining, accomodating and helpful manager, peaceful ... everything was there for a great stay. The rooms are enormous, v clean and pretty. There is a heater for the cold and v warm bedding. You can walk to the hot springs from the hotel (20 minute walk with beautiful views) There is tea and coffee on offer all day in the restaurant. Laundry was done within the day given.

Yanque is a superb base for exploring the Colca region.

Beautiful views and lovely rooms with sunny patios, wonderful restaurant - with mountain views and exceptional breakfast. José and every member of staff were very friendly and helpful in every way.

The manager of the lodge is very helpful to plan anything you need. The room is more than clean, the view on the canyon beautiful. Yanke is a great location to trek directly in the region or go to the baths (piscinas termales). They also serve a delicious breakfast and offer very good food for lunch or dinner.

Nice place and great staff

The staff were excellent, we asked about organising a tour and a man there, sat with us and explained all options and answered many questions. Then he called tour operators and finally (as no tour guides were available) he organised a driver for us and even our ongoing journey to Arequipa. We were very impressed. The food was also good and the lodge is generally nice.

The room was cold and the heater was noisy and not really good. The pool was cold as well (despite it being written in Q+A on booking.com that it was heated).

Amazing views, and friendly staff

The views from the property are incredible, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise was lovely.

The facilities in the rooms seems pretty basic, a high roof and little electric heater means the room gets cold at night, but the beds do have lovely fleece blankets. There was also no kettle… and I’m British, so like my tea.

Great experience! Incredible location, surrounding nature. Cleaning, very relaxing environment

The location was great - close to great nature walks and hikes, relaxing and quiet environment, close to hot springs and Chivay, great breakfast and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

Just general observations/thoughts: tea/kettle in the rooms, do not disturb/no cleaning signs. Breakfast - perhaps to as guests the day before when they want to have breakfast the following day - felt like staff was waiting on the day and thus felt a bit rushed.

The location, big, comfortable rooms with a super nice view and the personnel. The guys made extra effort to serve us a dinner although we arrived very late. Highly appreciated!

Paradise... Peace and Relaxation

The location, it is a paradise. Super clean and all amenities were clean and in a perfect condition. The service at the reception and at the restaurant was amazing. Everyone was fantastic. Polite and helpful. Breakfast is simple which is OK but all other meals were very delicious and the drinks at the bar are very reasonable. This is the place to rest and have peace. Calm and relaxing.

Overall a nice place for the night, especially for family trip.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, nice view, good heater.

The hot water broke down in the evening. Staff was trying to fix it but didn't work.

Staff was so incredibly helpful & nice. Room was beautiful with a lovely patio & view! Breakfast was delicious. Every member of the staff was terrific!!! Paul does yours & he is so knowledgeable His historical knowledge not only about this area but all of Peru is outstanding This is heads above places we’ve stayed in Peru for a lot more money
