Location, parking, Breakfast was included, pool seems good clean and warm.
It seems a little old, the bathroom amenities wasn’t enough and shampoo y body wash, probably needs to use another brand or bring your own set.

The area feels safe and the location is convenient — close to malls and downtown. Parking is easy to find, especially the covered spots. Note that exiting to the main avenue can be a bit tricky with traffic flow.
Reported a bathroom water leak on the first day; five hours later it was still unaddressed. The front desk initially refused to move me to another room until I pushed back. The replacement room had no hot water, requiring yet another maintenance visit. A nightstand bulb was burnt out, and housekeeping skipped our room entirely one day.
Breakfast was also disappointing — the area was unclean and most items were gone by 9:30am, despite the included breakfast running until 10am.
