The breakfast was great and delivered to my room right on time. The proprietor was quick to supply clean dishes when I needed them. Having a microwave meant I could heat up food. The location is especially good for nearby restaurants, cafes and takeaway stores.
No complaints but a couple of quibbles. Lines marking out the parking spaces would have been handy. The WiFi had a glitch on one of the days, but it didn't last long.

Location is great. Makes it easy to walk to town centre, and to many dinner options. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, and had the room heater on for me in room when I arrived.

The motel is very well situated in the town and next to a nice hotel for dinner
The facilities are basic and need updating. The 2 seater couch was extremely old and uncomfortable with hard spring lumps in the seat.
The double bed wasn’t very comfortable.
