The staff was able to satisfy our requests. The location was stunning with direct access to the sea. The food was delicious and everthing was organizzed meticulously. I would suggest to pick up this location for your stay in the island of Koh Samui

Excelent beach and breakfast . Just one small pool that I never used. No very fun of pools ,but just to be noticed. Very good gardens, clean and tidy. No bugs. No mosquitoes. Very good and helpful staff. Provided you with daily cleaning and fresh towels also daily .Good size balcony with a rack to dry clothes. Included daily 2 bottles of water.
The price is very high for amenities that they don’t offer. No exercise rooms or sauna. Just one small pool . Some ladies at the beach offering massage with same prices or more than outside of the place.No enough entertainment. From 7 to 9 pm some activities like a singer or jazz player and a fire show that no to many people participated . Just one small pool .
It is not the average “resort” with a lot of activities and entertainment offered.
You are in the center with a lot of more fun stuff to do and good food .
No music during the day or another activities, like in another nearby resorts. Very quiet, look a place like for retired or sunbathing people.
Kayak for rent 200 thb the hour. Nearby kayaks are free for guests and one place rentable for 150 thb the hour or 200 for 2 hours . In this resort for the amount t of money that they are charging daily (almost 200 usd per day ) without good amenities should be free kayaking offer for guests as a compensation for a lack of good amenities and entertainment.
They provided just one key per room. Doesn’t matter how many people are per room
Facility has 2 floors units. If you get second floor with heavy bags the staff will help.
It feels like the just want your money for everything possible, transportation to the boat asked for 1000 thb. Taxi . You can get a Van from 150 to 250 thb per person. You can’t get transfer to the pier to hotel in your ticket boat with a very good price include also.
The resort could be much better if is added more fun stuffs. Like volleyball, music, including kayaking and paddling board, etc.
Traveling solo, I looked for my own entertainment and I have a good stay. Booked trips online and in tour companies that are all over around, town center is full of bars, restaurants with a variety of offers and a center mall with a night market for your budget. Very good live music in several places around including in the night market.

Great location , lovely beach and sun beds . Ery nice breakfast , friendly staff
We enjoyed it all ( although I would say the balcony was very dark I wouldn’t have chosen to sit out !)

Room not clean. Needs deep cleaning. So much dust and dirt and some mold.
