We stayed for 2 nights in a bungalow in April. The accommodation was spacious enough for us and very clean.
The location is excellent—perfect for walking, with plenty to explore nearby including beaches and forest areas. The town of Grado is also close and easily reachable by a pleasant bike ride. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed (fridge, utensils, plates, etc.), and it was convenient that bike rental is available at reception.
A couple of minor downsides: the heating wasn’t turned on when we arrived, but reception resolved it quickly. Towels are not included in the price, though they can be rented. Also, there was no dishwasher detergent provided, so it’s best to bring your own.

Very good place to have some activites, relax and be on the beach
We had to pay an extra 6 euros to park near the bungalow, what they asked for only in the morning. When we arrived they judt mentioned I can park near the bungallow. On Booking.com the site showed free parking (I have filtered it directly). If I wouldn't use the parking lot near the Bungallow, rather the parking lot 50meter away it would be free as I understand.
I didn't find any information about this on the site either.
We also had to wash our dishes, what is okay, but there wasn't any so we had ti use our own. But thats understandale.
The blankets could be better quality
