Staff - dosa maker in the buffet breakfast gave us a take away box. No hotel has done that before, really nice caring sweet touch. Thank you

Having stayed at several Marriott properties, I found this hotel to be well below the standard I have come to expect from the brand. Unfortunately, there was no standout or “wow” factor during my stay. The swimming pool is more suitable for children than adults, and closing it at 7:00 PM is quite restrictive; extending the operating hours until at least 8:00 PM would significantly improve the guest experience.
Considering the room rates charged, I do not believe the overall experience offered value for money. I sincerely hope the management will address these concerns promptly. Failing a satisfactory resolution, I reserve the right to share my honest experience through public review platforms, including Google Reviews.
