The staff were very welcoming, the location/resort was superb and the sun loungers very comfortable.
The rooms were very expensive (£150/night for room only), we had booked b&b but when we got there we were advised that breakfast was nit included. If we wanted breakfast we could go to the “INDEPENDENT “ cafe adjacent to the hotel and pay extra for it there.
This cafe turned out to be run by an Afghan man who was an employee of the hotel, who also doubled up as page boy for the hotel and spent most of his day taking hotel customers’ luggage to their rooms & talking with the owners.
To us it was obvious that the two were owned by the same people. So quite disingenuous to say they were independent.
The room also was quite small with hardly any room for clothes storage and the greek electrics and plumbing issues - ie sockets/fittings hanging off walls exposing wiring/pipes and finally we could not use the air-con as it leaked water all over the tv which was on shelf below it.
