A lovely two-week stay at Johannes Boutique Apartments & Suites
We have just spent two very enjoyable weeks at Johannes Boutique Apartments & Suites in Afantou, Rhodes, and were very impressed with the whole complex.
The apartments are spacious and very well laid out, with lovely well-kept gardens. There is a beautiful main swimming pool as well as a separate children’s pool, and even a small gym for those who want to keep active while on holiday.
Our apartment was clean, comfortable and well serviced throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and offered a good choice of both hot and cold food, which set us up nicely for the day.
On two evenings the hotel put on a fantastic BBQ feast and a Greek kitchen evening. Both were excellent and, importantly, were offered at a very reasonable price. They also offer car hire, which is another useful service for anyone wanting to explore more of Rhodes.
What really made our stay special, though, was the friendliness of the owner and all the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in their guests. We enjoyed getting to know them and there was a lovely mix of nationalities among the guests, creating a very friendly atmosphere.
Overall, Johannes offers a spacious, relaxed and well-maintained base with excellent facilities, good food and, above all, wonderful hospitality.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here and would have no hesitation in recommending Johannes Boutique Apartments & Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Afantou. We would certainly consider coming back.

We had such a lovely stay! The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and we absolutely loved the pool. The owners and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
