Liked the property especially that it was closer to the place I had business with and also the breakfast. The in room dining menu options are limited but they did take the orders for the in-house restaurants to be delivered to your room. In particular, the mutton seekh kebab was a delight! My kudos to the chef! In general, the food quality was found to be top notch.
Nothing much except the location is a little far from the center. It can be good for people coming to Okhla or nearby areas.

Very homely, comfortable and had a wide spread of items to select from. The staff present were very attentive and supportive. Practically did not waste a second for getting items of our choice or at billing desk.
Nothing in particular. Maybe a marker or indicator during lunch time for table reserved for participants of Training programmes. It will give good mileage and prevent other occupants from settling down on those tables.

The food at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla was excellent! Each meal was flavorful, well-prepared, and offered a great variety of choices. we noted that the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were not clearly separated. This made it challenging for those with specific dietary preferences to navigate the offerings confidently.
