It was okay but the security personnel were kind of eude and uncouth.

Female guest was asked to sign her name by the security personnel in an offensive way.

Getting more expensive and less worth the money spent.

Good breakfast. Fast front desk.

Had a club room but the club facilities were mostly unavailable. Business room did not have internet. Nobody knew how to fix it. The club lounge was mostly shut.

Exceptional

Check-in and check out were smooth and quick. Breakfast had lots of options. They took customised order for breakfast as well. The room was clean. The reception desk and concierge were very friendly. We requested a birthday cake and Ms Shivani prepared a desk with balloons and a cake. My kid loved it. Mr. Shani of reception was also helpful. Metro is a bit far away. We used autorikshaw and cabs most of the time. The Pacific Mall Jasola was nearby, and had a food court.

Housekeeping was a bit slow. But nothing worthy to complain.

Cleanliness

The staff was impolite during checkin and they do not know to speak properly with a guest specially a woman when checking in. They made me very un comfortable. Instead of a warm welcome.. The words were as why are you staying here because you are an Indian and that is not how you treat any one from any place. I was very disappointed.

Probably not gonna visit this property again.

The room was big and clean.

The breakfast was not upto mark, I had ordered for a cheese omelette, no salt, the coffee smelt of burnt milk, the cupcakes were dense, my partner requested a masala dosa and that was bad. The moisturiser bottle wasn't filled and all I got was air when pushing the pump. I had requested a smoking room. They said I could pay 50% extra for a suite else it is not available. Shouldn't properties upgrade if rooms are available. The room didn't have a iron and just an iron board. Which I thought was weird.

Great place to stay, but it could be excellent.

The staff were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It was located close to the Apollo Hospital, which was exactly what we needed. It was nice to speak to many other guests also visiting the hospital too. The view we had of the park was lovely and meant we got to see some of New Delhis wildlife. The foyer and down stairs restuarant have been nicely upgraded and a stark contrast to the old parts of the hotel. The checks of cars and people coming and going from the hotel were reassuring.

The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation, and the cleaning could definitely be elevated. Checklists may be helpful for the cleaners to ensure things are not just clean on the surface but completely clean. In saying this, it wasn't as dirty as some places I have stayed in New Zealand. The fridge in the room leaked, and a microwave would have been a game changer. There was a complete lack of any vegan options in both the hotels restaurants and Cafe. As I follow this diet for medical reasons, it led to me becoming a little unwell. Just some alternative milk and at least a couple of vegan options would benefit many of your guests.

Beautiful place, Wonderful staff and the views from the hotel were perfect

Breakfast was great because of the wide variety of food. The Reception Staff were exceptional in their provision of service. Very Helpful as well

Cleanliness in the bedrooms. There is room for improvement especially cleaning the carpet. Otherwise, that was the only discomfort.

Clean and big room. High security, Variety of Indian food

Mini bar was not working and I reported many times to be fixed. The restaurant focus on local food only.

The complementary water in the room was one of the few things I enjoyed about the hotel

The staff and management were very poor. I was specifically surprised when the general manager came to see us, made a number of commitment on how he will address a number of concerns and then went back on the commitment. I wish the location all the best but will not be coming again or referring them to anyone.

Room was good and clean Staff were humble, helping, courteous. Vinay was very good. He went out of his way and went to market pharmacy and brought me jed for fever ibhad.

Shower head was leaking which was then fixed on one call. Reception charged je 425 rupees extra in my reservation than expected.
