Good staff, all smiling and welcoming .
The internet connectivity within the room and its surroundings is substantially unreliable. It functions inadequately; I am unable to conduct proper calls, receive incoming calls, or browse websites effectively.

Staff are wonderful, they can’t do enough for you, so good wiyj the kids and they make you feel like one of the family, just really genuine and likeable, ftom reception to site staff to waiters and activity leaders they just make you feel a million bucks and form a bond really quickly, it’s just a great place to have a break.
Nothing we didn’t like but if you don’t like noise and music then it might kot be for you but you soon get used to the midnight DJ and sleep soundly as the day has so much packed into it. Meal times can be a big manic and people wasting so much food and pushing in can be very irritating but that’s not the hotels fault, although I think they should charge people for wasting so much food, 5 euros a plate seems fair, some people are just pigs!!! Eyes too big for their bellies… and for some of them, that’s saying something!

The overall facilities at the hotel are good including an on site restaurant, swimming area and kids club. They do shows for kids in the evening. They had a snake charmer when we visited, which was great for the kids. The restaurant is about a 10 minute walk to the beach but it can take about 15 minutes to get to the dedicated area on the beach for the hotel, especially if you are walking with young children.
We were not given the room we had booked on our first night. They have two types of family room, the traditional and the renovated. Obviously the photos showed the renovated room, but we got a very old style room without the sea view that was sold as part of the reservation. They had clearly over booked the renovated rooms. After complaining, the manager did give us the dinner for the first evening and made sure our room was switched the second night, but its not what you expect when you reserve a specific room. Otherwise, we ate at the buffet restaurant the second night and i think it was a little over priced for adults, though the food was decent. Finally, bar service was quite poor and the bar staff were not particularly friendly or fast.
Whilst the location was decent, the side street that you have to take to get down to the beach is not great, with several homeless individuals and derelict buildings. We avoided it at night as we were travelling with children.
