This is a great place for short stays due to the price we paid. It was very clean and comfortable. Great value with a free added substantial continental breakfast. Well located. A ten minute walk to the center of town. Close to the Jetty and foreshore.
The stairs are very steep with limited railing for support going up and down. I think this should be addressed for safety reasons, especially for older people.
The towels and bath mat could have done with an upgrade.
TV kept losing signal.

Not very big, but nice clean room. Great location. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Easy check-in.

Location was good,
Kitchen very clean
A good supply of food
Bedding was old and tired.
Sheets and pillowslips were thin, worn and not ironed which made me feel reluctant to sleep there.
Walls need painting.
Carpet on stairs were needing repaired in one place.
