In a sunny, quiet and yet central location, it is in the summer the ideal starting point for hiking, mountaineering, cycling and mountain biking. In winter, skiing and tobogganing excursions and ski tours offer. The 100 square meter apartment to be rented has been renovated and will be available for rent from 07.30.2016. It consists of 8 rooms, is very bright and is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the pedestrian area. The apartment includes: - a new, well-equipped kitchen (with oven, Microwave and dishwasher) - a living room with TV - 3 new bedrooms (made of spruce wood) -6 beds, on request an extra bed) - 2 new bathrooms with shower and bidet, one with extra bath - a new day toilet - a terrace facing southeast - a west-facing balcony Additionally there are: - a spacious garden - Free Wi-Fi Pets are not allowed, as we rent to allergic persons. SUPER PREMIERE: The prices from 30. November 2019 to 21, December 2019 already include the offer Super Premiere. (7 days for the price of 6 days.) Sehr sympathische Gastgeber und blitzsaubere, sehr große Wohnung
Das Quartier ist schöner als auf den Fotos im Internet, blitzsauber und unglaublich geräumig. Die Gastleute unglaublich nett, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Der Blick herrlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, 1 Gäste WC und 2 Balkonen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten ein wunderbare Woche. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liegt sonnig mit Ausblick auf den Langkofel. Es sind ca. 7 min zu laufen in den Ort und ca. 15.min zur Seceda Gondel. Fam. Moroder hat uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Susanne F.

Perfect verblijf voor groep volwassenen
Al vele malen in St Ulrich/Ortisei verbleven. Voor een gezin met 6 volwassenen best wel lastig om een fijn appartement te vinden, maar dit was perfect! Woonkamer, keuken, 2 badkamers en vooral uitstekende slaapkamers. Sfeervol ingericht. We komen graag terug!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das Brötchenservice zum Frühstück war super!

Perfekter Urlaubsort
Super empfangen worden, sehr nette Familie. Die Wohnung war Piccobello. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ort ist sagenhaft schön! Sehr zentral gelegen in der sehr schönen Stadt St. Ulrich. Kann es jedem empfehlen. Leider war der Urlaub zu kurz. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und hätten gerne die Landschaft genauer erkundet. Eine 1+ von uns!

Accoglienza e vacanza perfetta
La casa si trova vicino al centro di Ortisei, raggiungibile a piedi in 3/4 minuti. La casa è molto accogliente e bella con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Gli spazi ampi e i tanti tappeti sono stati ottimi per i nostri bimbi che hanno potuto girare per tutta casa tranquilli. Il terrazzo coperto è perfetto per sedersi e rilassarsi nel pomeriggio, anche se dovesse piovere, o per prepararsi per le escursioni.
I signori Moroder sono stati molto gentili, cordiali e disponibili.
La lavatrice non è nell'appartamento, ma in una zona lavanderia al piano terra, raggiungibile accordandosi con i proprietari che sono disponibili a seguire il lavaggio e a far fare un passaggio in asciugatrice, un grande servizio visti i giorni di pioggia che abbiamo avuto durante la vacanze.

Un dolce soggiorno
Esperienza meravigliosa: appartamento perfetto, curato e fornito di tutto. I proprietari abitano al piano di sotto, sono premurosi e gentilissimi. Sono venuti incontro ad ogni esigenza o richiesta, dal check in anticipato, alla richiesta di grattugia che mancava, al gesto delicato di farci bucato con uso asciugatrice in casa loro. Avendo beccato una settimana piovosa, ci hanno coccolati con un fantastico strudel. Le attenzioni, il garbo, la compagnia, hanno reso questi giorni davvero gradevoli. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Die Vermieter sind ein älteres Ehepaar, welche super nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit sind
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und zu der Gegend braucht man nicht viel zu erzählen, einfach nur super schön
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden auch Jederzeit wieder dort buchen

Una sistemazione ideale
Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Casa ampia e accogliente, ristrutturata di recente. Elettrodomestici nuovissimi e di qualità (con i fornelli a induzione bisogna prenderci la mano!). Un frigo più grande dotato di congelatore farebbe comodo. Bagni al top. Bella vista. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Sulle attrattive di Ortisei e della Val Gardena non mi dilungo. Vacanza piacevolissima ( a parte il tempo nella prima settimana, ma non è colpa di nessuno...).

Großzügige und gepflegte Wohnung
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit neuen Möbeln, moderne Bäder, zentrale Lage, Ortszentrum und Bergbahnen fußläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgebauter und kostenloser Personennahverkehrs nach Bozen, Brixen und die umliegenden Täler.

Es war ein äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. (Wer das Glück hat, dass Frau Moroders Freundinnen zu Besuch kommen, kann hoffen, dass von den leckeren Kuchen auch für die Mieter was übrig bleibt ☺)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit kurzer Gehdistanz zum Zentrum von St. Ulrich. Die Küche, Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, modern und gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze und Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind vorhanden.
Die Aussicht auf die Sellagruppe und den Langkofel war jeden Tag ein Genuss.
St. Ulrich ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Nahe gelegene Seilbahnen bringen einen schnell ins Hochgebirge oder auf die Seiser Alm. Ein besonderes Feature für Gäste Südtirols ist, dass alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in ganz Südtirol kostenlos genutzt werden können. Von St. Ulrich aus bestehen sehr gute Busverbindungen in die gesamte Region.
Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügige und moderne Ferienwohnung
Die Vermieter,Frau und Herr Moroder haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, Küche und Sanitärbereiche (2 Bäder und 1 separate Toilette) modern eingerichtet. Für unser Enkelkind wurden Kinderbett,Wickelauflage und Kindersitz zur Verfügung gestellt.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man in wenigen Gehminuten die Fußgängerzone von St.Ulrich erreichen. Am Haus gibt es 2 Parkmöglichkeiten für die Gäste.
Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und gute Ferienwohnung mit freundlichen Gastgebern.Kommen gerne mal wieder.

L'appartamento dista 5 minuti a piedi dal centro molto bello di Ortisei.

Una bellissima settimana a Ortisei tra amici
L'appartamento Vernel dei signori Moroder è molto spazioso, confortevole, pulito e rinnovato da poco. Sei adulti hanno tutto lo spazio necessario anche per lunghi soggiorni. A disposizione ci sono gli asciugamani, la biancheria da letto e tutto ciò che occorre in cucina. La terrazza con veranda prima della porta di ingresso è molto utile per avere un attimo di relax all'aperto. La posizione garantisce una vista di tutto rispetto. È presente un doppio posto auto a fianco della casa. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e accomodanti in caso di eventuali richieste. La connessione wifi funziona egregiamente. Consiglio vivamente l'appartamento e ringrazio calorosamente i signori Moroder per l'ospitalità e la cordialità con cui ci hanno accolto.

Perfektes Urlaubszuhause im wunderschönen Grödnertal
Wir können uns den positiven Kommentaren der anderen Gästen nur anschließen: hier stimmt einfach alles. Superschöne Wohnung in top Zustand, bestens ausgestattet, unter anderem neue, hochwertige WMF Töpfe und schönes Küchengeschirr in ausreichender Menge in neuer Küche. Hier macht Kochen Spaß :-)
Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung, ist eher noch schöner.
Wir waren begeistert und werden gerne wieder kommen!

Leckere Pizzen in rustikalem, gemütlichen Ambiente gibts in der Pizzeria "Saskia". Hier treffen sich die Leute aus St. Ulrich.
Etwas stylischer ist das Restaurant "Cascade" . Sehr leckere italienische Küche und Pizzen in schönem Ambiente.
Feine Südtiroler Küche verbunden mit einem Abendspaziergang gibt es im Gasthof "Stua Catores" auf dem Weg nach St. Jakob.

A Perfect Family Get-Away
Summer in Ortisei is stunning! And this lovely apartment and its kind owners, Rachel and Leonardo, added to our perfect experience visiting family living in Italy. The bright windows and wonderful terrace arranged to seat 6 guests brought in the brilliant views, whether we were watching the red gondolas above the hillside in the distance, checking out clouds or clear skies over the majestic Dolomiti, enjoying the rainbow following a refreshing rain, or counting the birds flying in the wide blue skies above us.
The apartment is private, well furnished and clean. Beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The bedrooms have good storage and are a good size. Two of the bedrooms have access to a smaller terrace where you can sit to enjoy the sun/shade - depending on the time of day. It is also perfectly located - just across the street from the walking path to the town center - a traffic free area only 5 minutes away. We were able to easily walk to 2 of the lifts to the mountain tops where the hiking was phenomenal with a wide variety of trail choices and difficulties. It is well off any main roads so very quiet. Just sitting in the lovely garden area can be the highlight of an afternoon if you are ready for a quiet retreat.
This was our 2nd week long visit to Ortisei which we used as a gathering point for visiting with family living in Italy. Our family ranged in age from 2 to 70 and the town and its environs provide wonderful recreation and opportunities for all!
Our only regret was that we did not get a chance to visit Leonardo's studio - he is a very accomplished, well regarded wood carver and we did not realize that until late in our stay - next time!!!
