The best thing about the property was that it was right downtown and easy to get to all of the sites in Veliko Tarnovo
They charged us for coffee in the morning, which we thought was a chintzy

We had a wonderful stay at Real Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the free parking. Highly recommended for a lovely stay in Veliko Tarnovo! ❤️

This is a great hotel in the heart of the town making it very central to all of the main attractions with plenty of restaurants and cafes near by.n The hotel staff could not have been nicer to deal with on my arrival and during my brief stay. They were welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had and even allowed me to leave my car in the carpark for a few hours after check out which was very accomodating. It is a slightly older hotel but the rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you need and comfortable beds. I would happily stay here again.
Not a big deal but the water from the shower ran out all over the bathroom floor meaning I needed to mop it up with a towel after each shower. A squeegee would be a good addition to the room to help with this as would some extra towels. On the positive side, at least you know the bathroom floor is regularly washed!

Old furniture, didn’t like the wall to wall carpet, shower is open to toilet so the water fills the whole toilet floor which makes the use of toilet or sink after showering hard and unpleasant.. the photos of the room give better feeling about the room than how it is in reality though the photos are real but the photos lighting make the room look better
