The location is great, in the center, but not too busy, and quiet at night, while there are a lot of bars and cafes close by. And the hotel itself looks nice and cozy, right next to the Walls of Sevilla, among nice narrow streets.
There is no staff physically present, nobody at the reception, only available via WhatsApp, but that’s not really convincing. I wasn’t sure there was an actual person there or AI. They do send necessary info, but replying to messages takes time. Also the room wasn’t clean enough, there were hairs in the corners of the bathroom, no plastic bag in the garbage bin, and there were spots and a hair on the bedsheets, although the bed was made and smelled clean.

The room was large and clean.
There was no reception and no place to stop to pick up the keys without causing a major traffic jam. The instructions for the parking garage were not very clear, it took me another number of phone calls to get the info. The heating and aircon in the room, which was centrally regulated, had no instructions and was impossible to figure out, so had a rather cold night. Also, very noisy area during the night, lots of traffic.
