Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very kind, polite, and helpful. The towels were changed every day, which was a big plus.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better. We found hairs several times, including twice on the towels, which was unpleasant and left a bad impression. The bathroom was also very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to use.
I hope more attention will be paid to hygiene and comfort in the future, as the attitude of the staff was excellent.
