Good

The host/ receptionist, Katarina was extremely friendly and warm. Whatever help we needed, she assisted to the best of her abilities. The location was also great, short walk to the bus terminal in Fira with connections to Oia and Airport. Room was clean.

Bathroom was too small and cramped, especially the shower area. There are only stairs in the property, so it may be a little difficult to get to your room with heavy luggages.

Excellent!

Perfect location! 2 min walk from bus station and 5 mins from Fira main square. Ideal if you do not have a rental vehicle, everything was accessible to us. Hosts were amazing and accommodating. Katerina and her husband greeted us on check in (even though our plane was late!) She gave us a little run down of the amenities, provided us with the local bus times and was available for us at all times. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! Fast wifi!! Room was clean, AC worked perfectly and the pool was always ready and clean for the customers to use. The shower had plenty of hot water and clean towels were provided for us everyday. Safety deposit box available. Felt comfortable and safe at all times. We 100% recommend this property to those wanting to stay close to action and for a great price!

Property was located very nearby to Central Fira. Markets, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Bus Stand every thing was nearby and within walking distance.

Pleasant

The pension has great location. Just 3 minutes from the bus station. Room is good enough. For one night is good option.

We arrived at the hotel at about 5 pm after a long journey and with large backpacks we stood for a long time on the reception and listened a long speech from an elderly owner about the city and the facilties of their property. He probably wanted to help us, but sometimes the best help is to give the key of the room and let to rest people who are tired from the long road and carry backpacks.

Clean but basic, great pool and lovely owners

Small pension with lovely owner. A short walk to the main streets overlooking the caldera but nice and quiet. Balcony had table and chair but one of the chairs was completely broken (room 10). Rooms and bathrooms were very clean but basically furnished. Fridge and kettle in room but just a few plastic cups. Great coffee shop at end of the street though so not needed. Probably had false expectations as google states it's a 4 star hotel, probably more like 2 star except for pool. Best thing was the pool. Relatively small and room for four sun loungers but really welcome after a ferry trip or day sightseeing. Shower drain blocked and a bit slimy but pool itself was clean and water was clear. Owner was great, very chatty and helpful, phoned cab for us on our last day. Restaurant area in photos looks like not being used currently except for check in and storage of luggage on last day.

In room 12, drainage smell was a bit overpowering on second day if you didn't keep the bathroom door shut. Bathroom was very small in room 12, shower curtain kept sticking to me ! But much bigger bathroom in room 10.

Very good

This is in an excellent location just minutes from the centre of Thira but on a very quiet street. The owners were really lovely who were very welcoming and always friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable.

There was no crockery or cutlery at all, just 4 paper cups. No bin other than the toilet bin and nowhere in the bathroom / shower to put anything other than a toothbrush which made it quite difficult - a shelf or rack in there would be extremely helpful. Whilst is was lovely to have a pool, the water was very cloudy so wasn’t very appealing.

Superb

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great being in central Fira and having the public busses nearby. We had our room upgraded and had a balcony in the sun. The owners were very sweet.

The shower was quite small for us.

Excellent. Would thoroughly recommend for price, location and friendly service.

Katarina, the owner, was so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, being in close walking distance of the bus station (from where you can get transport to all the main sites, Oia, Akrotiri,, Perissa, Airport, etc) Fira town contains numerous good restaurants including Naoussa, Pelican Kipos and, about 0.6 km distance in Firastefani, the very old family restaurant, Aktion - well worth the walk. It would not be the place to stay if you want a beach holiday, however, given its distance from Perissa, or those on the south and west coats of the island. Whilst the pool is small it was fine for us as the pension was not too busy during our stay. We were in room 2 on the lower floor which provided a nice sheltered spot for outside meals around the table and chairs (provided) Changing of the bed-sheets and towels and provision of room service was fine for us being every 2 days, given that we were staying 11 days.

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we could not enjoy breakfast in the pension but were able to use the nearby supermarket (Sklavenitis) which provided pretty much everything you needed if you chose not to dine out. The autumn wind (we stayed in October) could be quite cool at times but by the pool the area was more sheltered so it was not a problem. The wind also had the added benefit of removing any potential mosquito threat!

Perfect place

The place is perfectly clean like the swimming pool, at night zero noise excellent to sleep, the hosts a loving and very attentive couple, I love it is a few steps from the center and everything that as vaccinators we need, the most adorable They are petfriendly, I recommend it 100%, I hope to return on another occasion.

The kindest people run this place

The reception lady has been one of the sweetest humans i have met in my life. She was very caring and generous. Gave me a my girlfriend a beautiful santorini mug as a kift when we left. Hotel itself was at a perfect location, clean and tidy. Definitely recommend for anyone. Will stay there again in the future :)

Only downside we had was that bedsheets were cleaned with very strong smelling washing liquid and when you have allergies it’s a bit annoying.

The best place for holiday in Santorini❤️

Lovely couple will take care of all what you need. Apartments are located in best place, next to restaurants, shops and boulevard but in very quietly place. You will find there all information about island, you will get map and info about trips. Apartment was really clean, air conditioning is working good. Lovely garden with beautiful flowers. Price very good, really cheaply for this areas. I would highly recommend. I will be back there. Kisses for owners It was pleasure to meet such lovely people.

Nice location and value for money

Location: Its in the center of the town, just 4 minute walk to central bus station, then you can take the bus to popular tourist destination. Room: Value for a money, neat and clean. Staff: Then owner is very nice and helpful.

The closet in my room could have been little spacious, but the amount I paid for the room I am OK with that.
