Location and ambience of the hotel.
Original room booked with canal view was not available due to maintenance. Was moved to courtyard view room in another building.
Room was very nice but made breakfast inconvenient and not worth the effort.
Also very slow operating entry gate and even slower lift.
Friends able to keep their canal view room and we’re very happy.
Was given 10% discount, but feel like they could have offered a little more.

Very authentic Italian looking and feeling facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is central to many restaurants and bars on the canal.
Main drawback is access to the hotel for unloading and loading luggage. One entry to the hotel is on a street with no parking space and trolley traffic. The other entry is on the canal side and not accessible by car.

Very nice look and cozy butique. Alright breakfast, good coffee
I think the room was a little smaller and not as nice as we as we expected, also very hot for some reason. Having the windows opened were a no go since the volume from outside.
