The property was in the ideal location, close to Santa Sofia metro station and within walking distance of just about all the main city spots. We were well looked after by the staff - especially Norhan on the front desk - they were all excellent and very welcoming.

The location, nice layout of the rooms
For a 5 star Hotel standard - service is not existent! The telephone in the rooms do not work properly- taking you to mailboxes you cannot leave a message on!
we stayed for three nights and the problem has not been resolved
I had to call from my cell phone the reception to order room service! absolutely ridiculous.
