Everything was honestly perfect—the family itself was so welcoming, and the place was incredibly peaceful with a mind-blowing view. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even more. The kitchen was fully equipped as well, and having a sauna and jacuzzi made the whole stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment there and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

The biggest strength of the Vik Milano is its unbeatable location, right inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I was also lucky to get an amazing room with a balcony overlooking the galleries, which made for a truly unique Milan experience
On the downside, the service felt more in line with a 3 star hotel than a luxury property. While staff were polite, the overall experience lacked the attention to detail and level of hospitality I would expect at this price point.
The design is also very much a matter of taste. For me, the décor and furniture felt excessive - too much visual information, too many statement pieces competing for attention. It seems designed to shock and impress, but I personally didn’t connect with the artistic direction
